Early Psychosis Intervention Team (EPIT) is a comprehensive clinical service for young adults aged 16 to 30 years old.   Our team supports people living within Counties Manukau region who are experiencing psychotic symptoms for the first time or At Risk Mental State.  We offer a youth friendly and engaging service, with a recovery focus for those who might be experiencing the early and subtle signs of psychosis.  We are a multi-disciplinary team of 15 clinicians, including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, registered nurses and occupational therapists.  We are extremely passionate about the EI Model and strive to provide strong cultural support to the community we serve.
