A service for young people between the age of 15-30 who are experiencing early psychosis or a developing psychosis.

We are multi-disciplinary team comprising a Nurse, Social Worker and Occupational Therapist who offer case management. We have input from Part time Psychiatrist and a part time Psychologist,  Service Manager and Coordinator.

We are based on the Nelson hospital site and share a building with other community mental health services.
